Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. jli58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or account inactivity in excess of twelve (12) consecutive months. Where account closure is the result of a suspected Terms violation, jli58 may withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation.
You may request the closure of your jli58 account at any time by contacting jli58 customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining real money balance (after satisfying any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. jli58 may apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances as permitted by applicable regulations.
